The characteristics of five high performance pads are superior stopping power without fade, good initial bite with low lever effort, very low bed-in time, and no warping of back plate. Besides, you don't need change brake pad for endurance race over 8 hours.

Material XX has a slightly less initial bite to

OB-17,with a slight progression feel, and more power. No fade.

Material 8 has a progressive feel,  initial bite but more torque as time increase.

Material 17 has linear feel, the more you pull the lever, the more bite.

Material is the same as SRJL17 but, thickness of material is 1mm thicker than SRJL17.
